EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

Our hair extensions must be in their new and original condition, not opened, worn, or tampered with. We will only accept returns and exchanges for hair extensions that meet our condition requirements within thirty (30) days of your order date. Note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Reach out to us at info@euronexthaircollection.com or 323-685-6300 for a return form and further instructions.

Before your return or exchange is processed, we will inspect and confirm the condition of the returned hair extensions to ensure that they are in their new and original, unopened condition. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for this process to occur. Once inspected and approved, the new order for the exchange will be processed in 1 to 2 business days after approval. For returns, you will be refunded to your original method of payment after approval. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. There are circumstances in which your refund can be processed ahead of schedule but we advise that it is not standard.

Please note that if a return or exchange is received and the product is not in its original condition, we reserve the full right to deduct a percentage of your return, starting at 15% and up to 100% of the order.  

 

We will notify you if such a deduction is taken.  If you are returning an item, DO NOT unravel the extensions from its cardboard backing.  This is the number one reason a deduction will be made to your refund amount.
