SHIPPING COSTS & TIME

FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the United States! All domestic orders include FREE standard shipping. If desired, you may select expedited shipping, which will be shipped via FedEx. For all standard shipping

orders, your order may be expected within 3 to 5 business days.

All shipping costs (including shipping insurance) are non-refundable. Any extra shipping charges incurred (due to upgrading your shipping) will not be refunded if the order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

 

PROCESSING TIME

 Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. This includes all orders that have selected expedited shipping. We only ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail along with your shipments tracking information. This can take up to 48 hours to update. Please note that you may need to check your junk/spam or promotions folder if you do not receive this e-mail. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to inaccurate or

incomplete addresses and/or incorrect billing information. Please make sure to double-check your information upon checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address has been

entered. We release all liability for products lost in transit due to unforeseen environmental and/or catastrophic natural disasters.

 

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because we work to process orders in a timely fashion, we try to process and ship out orders as soon as we can. Thus, we may not be able to cancel/change your order or update your shipping address. If you

decide to make such changes to your order, please contact us immediately (within 24hrs) upon placing your order. We will do our utmost to accommodate your change or cancelation request; however, we cannot make any guarantees. If you do not meet the set “Change Request” and “Cancel Request” timeframe, we can not assure you that your order will be amended as requested.

 

 

PACKAGE DELIVERY

 

Please note that your package may or may not require a signature. Although in most cases, the package is delivered without a need for a signature, the delivery courier may deem it necessary in some cases at

their own discretion. In such situations, you will need to re-schedule the delivery or pick up at your local post office. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to this.

 

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

 

Although we securely package our hair extensions, we cannot guarantee that the package will arrive in pristine condition due to the variable performance of our carriers (USPS or FedEx). In some cases, your

package may be lost in transit due to the mishandling of your package by our carriers. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by our carriers. For packages that have not been received even though the tracking information indicates delivery completion, please check with your courier’s local office in order to investigate. We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as “delivered”.

 

 

STATE SALES TAX (UNITED STATES)

 

We charge state sales tax in the following states:

Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin

Please note that these collected taxes are in accordance with local state government laws. We do not benefit from these taxes in any way.
